Yes Ichigo, that's because the Bount Arc was a filler arc completely separate from the main storyline that you can skip. Rukia's powers hadn't returned because she needed to stick to the main storyline. If her powers had returned during the Bount Arc, it would've meant Filler broke Canon, which is unacceptable.

So whatever reason Rukia is making up on the spot between 10:15 and 10:49 is completely false, she was forced to say that by the Anime producers so that their Bount Arc wouldn't break consistency =)

And even her reason is void of logic. With 10 captains, 13 lieutenants, armies of soul reapers and even Ichigo himself there, there's no way they needed Rukia with 0 spirit energy to enter the battle cuz she "knew the environment" XD

Hiliarously as I'm typing this, even Ichigo himself notes this @11:03 "you all were pretty useless..."

And if you use your imagination abit, the way Rukia is looking at him is as if she knows we're on to her nonsensical story, so we gotta quickly change subjects to her Gigai jumping at Ichigo, so that the truth about the Filler arc isn't addressed further xdd

If she was always this strong then how TF did she lose to some basic hollow at the beginning. Honestly the power scaling of characters in this show confuses me. One moment Ichigo beets Zaraki (strongest captain) the next moment he can't beet Byakuya even after bankai training 🤷🤷

I mean it makes sense to talk about it instead of pretending it didn't ever happen? It's not "just filler" if the anime used 45 episodes on it. Also that was aired an episode pr week so took 45 weeks to air the arc :D

The last two episodes of the bount arc weren't filler. The scnes that they showed us were from those two episodes.

On the other hand we finally get to see Rukia's true potential and one of the reasons behind her stay at Soul Society. Her Zanpakuto is bueatiful, it's so elegant and pretty, just like Rukia!
